Theia's Last Moments

Let's turn back the clock four and a half billion years. The Mars-sized planet Theia is on a collision course with the young Earth. This collision, and the following cataclysm, will eventually spawn our moon. Here we see Earth as seen from Theia on that fateful day, all those billions of years ago.
