Eliphas the Inheritor, Ver. 2

I took my original drawing of Eliphas the Inheritor and did a little playing around with it on Photoshop. I changed it to a "Charcoal and Chalk" style, went over it with a brown paintbrush on soft light, and wrote some stuff in Latin, now in the Ancient Greek alphabet, above him, to make it look like it came out of some Imperial book. Cookie if you can guess what the text says.
