The news display in my as-yet-unwritten fanfic "The Eibon Foundation", where the Earth-Cardassia Alliance defeats, connquers, and annexes Cerinia and its territories. The volcanic planet seen is just some planet in Cerinia's star system, shown while some anchorman goes on about how the might of the Alliance has been shown again, and another foe has fallen before it.
